The friendly, helpful family who run this property went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. They went over and above. Delicious dinner and fantastic service.

Hotel semplice e confortevole, in ottima posizione per visitare le bellissime zone del prosecco.

Room was clean, Chef rissoto was good, a girl serving dinner was very kind.

The worst experience ever we had in Valdobiadene and not only there but in general. From the moment we arrived, the lady welcoming guests (apparently the owner of this place) was aggressive, acting like we were not guests at her place. "You can't do this, can't do that...can't sit here, sit there..." The hospitality is not her bright side. We were lucky to book for one night only. We arrived with two small dogs, and they were not welcome at all... She doesn't like dogs, and she shows this very openly. But the place is pet friendly (?). They charge us 40 eur for cleaning for two small dogs in the same room. For everyone travelling with dogs, know that they charge 20 eur per dog. Not only her, a man working in the restaurant was slamming the door in front of us and yelling to the staff. We heard that the owner changed, and probably the old reviews here refer to the old owner. One thing that is important to mention is about breakfast. At Booking, it said that breakfast is included but what is actually included is a croissant and coffee, and this is what they call "Italian brekfast," whatever that means. Everything else, eggs, ham, cheese... you have to pay for it. Bed mattress was hard as rock.

We arrived rather early and it was no problem with checking in, which made for a great start to our stay. The hotel is situated on the Camino Prosecco, offering the perfect location to explore the wine region and its surroundings. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the highlight was the wonderful restaurant, with delicious food. Overall, a fantastic stay and one we’d happily recommend
