"Buena ubicación, pero mal atendido, servicios insuficientes y pésima relación calidad/precio"

La ubicación

Los TV no son smart y no se pueden abrir APP, son obsoletos. El desayuno es poco y siempre el mismo y si pides café te retiran el chocolate. No hacen desayunos temprano antes de 7:30am. Son displicentes algunos de los empleados y responden mal. No hay agua caliente en muchas oportunidades. Las escaleras son estrechas y peligrosas por empinadas y el ascensor es lento. La puerta del baño de la habitáción no cerraba. Las instalaciones en mal estado.

La habitación no tenía calefacción/refrigeracion, no había enchufes cerca del escritorio, el spa estaba en reparación

"No es un hotel para familia, solo para viaje de negocios con ruido."

El staff tanto de recepción como de aseo y cocina fue muy amable, muy buena actitud, nada malo que decir de ellos, fue lo mejor del hotel.

- Los sanitarios muy mala calidad - No hay nada de aislamiento entre las habitaciones o la calle. Podiamos escuchar tranquilamente conversaciones del primer piso estando en el cuarto piso y ni decir de la calle, todo el ruido se escuchaba. - El televisor no se apaga con el control remoto, tocaba a la antigua, pararse y apagarlo. El tv cable también se desconectaba cada 15-20 min y tocaba volver a prenderlo. - No habia mesa de noche, por lo menos no en la habitación que nos quedamos. - No hay secador en el baño. -No hay lampara de mesa y un bombillo del techo estaba dañado. -Las fotos no se parecen a la realidad.
