Clean apparent. Parkin Ms Giota exemptional the housekeeper and restaurant crew very good.

Advertising 300 meters from center. However the direct access is not possible as the location is at the hill. You have to drive all the way around and the street is not in a good condition. The reception welcome and farewell was bad. No hospitality. Upon arrival the 3rd bed was not ready for us even though we arrived 30 min after the check in hours. 15:00. Not worthy of the amount of money spent.

I am very disappointed because the last night we didn’t have heat and was little bit cold. We tried to call reception but nobody answered. I went there and was total black inside. Also the last night the water of the shower was very cold. I cannot believe that nobody was there to help us..It’s very disappointing and I don’t think I could ever do that again to go there.

Great views over the valley and mountains, very friendly family atmosphere, clean rooms and comfortable, bright and spacious. Walking distance to the village (although on top of a high hill). Large and modern swimming pool, beautiful views. Great breakfast, welcoming hosts.

Steep hill to access, our van did not make it, you need a strong engine.

Great staff. Beautiful location and view. Pool was awesome. Food was great. I only wish I would have booked for a longer stay.

The breakfast was ample. The pool was fantastic.

The room was pretty basic.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Artur (sorry not sure of spelling) and his mother made our stay feel very pleasant. The mother is a talented cook and went beyond to fulfill our toddlers request for pancakes. Thank you so much. Swimming pool was very nice. Rooms were spacious.

The road leading up from town to accommodation can be a bit tight

I am from Kalavryta and decided to stay there again after 10 years once I saw that they are pet friendly. The extra charge for a beagle was 10e for cleaning purposes.It is built in one of the best quiet areas of Kalavrita and there is plenty of nature to walk your dog + its a 5min(downhill) walk from the city center, suggest to have a car. Breakfast as expexted. The owner had forgotten our booking reservation, but upgraded us to another room.

The upgraded room, although it looked clean, it wasnt. too much dust and pollen, you couldnt sit outside in the balcony. Had to clean the table inside for us to sit and eat. We removed the carpet due to the dog and looked like it needed a good mopping.... Suggest better coordintion next time.For a low season I would say it is not value for money and prices should be adjusted accordingly.
