As funcionárias do hotel são maravilhosas, excelentes, sempre muito atenciosas, educadas, simpáticas. A localização também é muito boa, bem próxima da Igreja Trinidad.

Paguei 5 diárias mas somente consegui ficar por duas noites, pois cai apenas um filete de água do chuveiro. Tomar banho era uma tortura pois quase não sai água do chuveiro, mesmo depois de duas reclamações, não houve melhora, o que me levou a abandonar o hotel.

Que era muy central lo que hacia que todo quedara muy cerca y puedes llegar caminando, al centro histórico y al castillo de San Felipe

Los desayunos eran muy poca la poción

Cartagena and Getsemani in particular is a bit crazy. It felt a bit sketchy with homeless people picking through the bins outside and the all night street party that set up in the kiddies playground opposite which only wound down at 5:30 am the following morning didn't allow much sleep, but that said, if you are going to spend a night or two in Getsemani, i suspect this is all part of the experience. The hotel did feel like a safe haven. The staff were thin on the ground but welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was good. We had to wake up the owner(?) at 5:20am to be let out the large front door to do an early morning tour but he seemed OK with being roused. We would reccommend and would use again. No frills but friendly, an excellent location, good value and the aircon was fantastic.

Nos agradó mucho la ubicación del hotel muy central en Getsemani. La cama estaba muy cómoda y la habitación amplia. El personal fue muy amable y atento a nuestras necesidades, nos colaboraron en tomar el desayuno antes de la hora disponible para que pudiéramos tomar nuestro tour sin contratiempos. El desayuno estaba delicioso tipo americano con fruta de temporada.

Leo was extremely helpful along with other staff members he certainly looked after us. Position on Av El Pedregal meant it was easy to get around the city.

This is not a criticism of the hotelier. Very low water pressure in the shower, probly due to the poor water supply but we managed.

Un emplacement parfait (dans le cœur de la ville, mais juste à l’abri de la cohue), un hôtel charmant, une magnifique terrasse et un personnel super accueillant et pro. Même si notre départ était très tôt, monsieur Léo nous avait préparé un petit déjeuner à emporter !-)

On n’a eu la surprise d’avoir un festival de musique à notre porte, mais heureusement que tout était remballé vers minuit.
