Viva Sharm

The staff was excellent. Especially this man at the reception named Abdullah! He helped and guided me in everything. The service was excellent.

Rooms were a bit dirty and needed much of cleaning. The towels and the bed sheets were pretty unclean. The bathroom and the sink wasn’t appealing either.

Viva Sharm is 1st class people are cool

The rooms are really dirty. Towels are very dirty. Sheets are very dirty. The places are very dirty. Even toilet paper is given after asking. There were hairs in the sink. There are dirty stains on the sheets. Towels and sheets are definitely given without being washed. It can be understood from the smell and the dirty stains on them. Since we were going to participate in all-day tours, we were temporarily looking for a cheap hotel. It is not preferred even just for sleeping. Because it's so dirty.

The guys behind the bar were great

Dirty and old. This hotel is only for Russian and Egyptian people- european and brits are not welcome. Food was terrible. Entertainment was racist. Room was never cleaned properly, no water u less you pay, no Internet. Do not stay here unless you are Russian or Egyptian. Bathroom looked like something out of a horror film

I love the friendliness and kindness of the staffs especially Farouk at the reception,his level of English is excellent and always willing to help.He is a very nice man.
