Breakfast Location

Couldn’t get room at back of hotel even though asked for one when booking, months earlier.

Location

Hotel had the building’s air conditioning switched off. Therefore the rooms were very stuffy. When we complained the staff said “open the window” which was not practical as our room overlooked a noisy street

Great location, nice room with balcony. Good breakfast.

The bathroom floor and shower was filthy when we arrived; we went to the reception but they had no cleaning staff around 6pm. They said they would do it the next day; when we came back, we found it in the same state; they offered to change the room but the rooms were not better. So we had to clean the bathroom ourselves. By the thrid cleaning it was ok. The staff doesn't seem to be that engaged with the guests though.

Ottima posizione e tranquilla. Garage a pagamento ma comodo, sicuro e coperto. Colazione buona.

Personale privo di empatia. Difficoltà nei contatti telefonici con la struttura in quanto presente una fonia solo in lingua francese. Solo un addetto alla reception parlava in italiano. Ai nostri amici, in un caso, è capitato di avere la camera disponibile in orario inaccettabile.
