Beim Buffet waren vegetarische und Fleischgerichte teilweise gemischt und nicht klar beschriftet. * Die Trennung von vegetarischen und Fleischspeisen am Buffet war nicht immer eindeutig. * Teilweise waren falsche Beschriftungen vorhanden und das Besteck wurde gemischt verwendet. * Die Kennzeichnung der Speisen am Buffet könnte klarer sein (vegetarisch/Fleisch). * Am Buffet wurde das Besteck teilweise für verschiedene Speisen gemeinsam genutzt.

We appreciated that it was adult only, and that the staff were all helpful, efficient, and attentive...most look as though they genuinely enjoy working there. The resort is a good size, and rooms are clean & spacious.

The AI life isn't for us - it felt samey after 24hrs, so I have no idea how people enjoy 2 weeks in the same place. Food was ok - nothing that I'd describe as delicious, but it was plentiful, often cooked in small batches, and there was some variety. A distinct lack of good salad dishes. We struggled to book for the restaurants, but did get in to the Italian, Sophia. It was a miserable dining experience, as they have no background music, a very limited main course menu, and the sound from the entertainment stage feels like you're sat in front of someone's home cinema system...it's SO LOUD. The staff were also really inattentive there (the only staff we encountered who were). If you're in to AI you'll probably like it, but for us there was no luxury, no elegance, and it was boring to just stay in one place eating the same food. I'm writing this from a delightful apartment in Sal, and the freedom is much more our speed.
