Rhombus Park Aura Chengdu Hotel

Hadde et fint opphold. Hadde 2 rom. På det ene rommet, kom det litt råte lukt fra badet. Ellers var det et fint hotell med fin beliggenhet rett i sentrum.

Great stay. Many restaurants around. Across the street from many malls. Clean and modern hotel. The gym has free weights and only a couple machines. Hotel has a outdoor pool too.

Having stayed at the St. Regis a week before (rated as 4-star), this hotel (rated 5-star) compared miserably. Every little thing was extra $$. Bathroom was no where near as beautiful and up to date. Staff spoke little to no english. The "concierges" were no more than bell boys and didn't even bring our luggage to our rooms. This hotel is in major need of a renovation.

Horrible wifi. Room smelled of smoke. Emergency exit doors locked. Poor attitude at front desk. They gave me a voucher for a 'free drink at the bar'. Turned out to be Tea, Coffee or Juice.

Absolutely horrid staff both at check-in and check-out. I would rate it as a 3-star serviced apartment hotel at best. Thankfully I had made the decision to stay only one night to try it out.

Poor wifi marred this otherwise very comfortable hotel with excellent modern space and facilities. I was just frustrated with the unstable and slow wifi. Breakfast was ok with very good coffee

A fairly new hotel. Probably 3.5 star by international standards for amenities, facilities, food and staff. Rooms are very large and comfortable. Being a new hotel cleanliness is quite good. Location is very good, opposite shopping area and malls. A variety of food choices is available within walking distance. Because hotel location is quite central, traffic is very heavy heading in and out of the city in the morning and evening if you need to travel out.

Good location for restaurants and shopping. Good comfortable rooms which are spacious.
