Amazing hospitality, The manager Mike, is awesome! Very clean and spacious efficiency. Clean property and very pet friendly, perfect place to stay near the beach with family. Close to parks, shopping, everything.

I am currently staying here with my two children and honestly I wouldn't go to another hotel. I adore the people that work here make the manager is very awesome I love the fact that I have a full size refrigerator and a oven and stove in the room is spacious so there's plenty of room for my 3-year-old to play and the bedroom being separate from the living room is great for my 15-year-old. If anything happens you can go to the manager and he tries his best to make it right. I have not had to do that. Most of the time it is quiet.

The manager there is very rude. Im in the process of contacting the corporate office.

It was absolutely amazing!!!

The main feature is the full kitchen and large space. It is a one-bedroom apartment. All appliances worked but have years of wear. There were enough plates and utensils for my stay. The manager was flexible with the length of my stay; he offered to extend my reservation but I later did not need the extra day.

While I was there I witnessed what appeared to be an apartment complex being ran and not a hotel. Multiple drug users and dealers and prostitutes. I had no other option but to stay as I had booked and spent the money on this room. Pulling up there was a pile of dirty furniture in the parking lot. And upon getting keys and going to my room I find it’s not what it was suppose to be online. The room was basically bare and didn’t have even an alarm clock. The couch was stained and yellow and wet to the feel assuming it was washed and didn’t dry in time. I ripped the bed apart and decided I’d deal with it as I didn’t see any bed bug signs. Overall it was horrible. And disappointing to say the least. My safety definitely was in question especially after witnessing something the last night that made me so uncomfortable I didn’t sleep before my check out time but an hour. I left my trash in the room as I didn’t feel safe going to the dumpster at 4am and being there was no front desk open left my keys on the table in the room.

Me and my two kids stayed here. This is our second stay. We are more long-term than the normal couple day stay and I wouldn't feel safe staying anywhere else. I am very happy with this being my jacksonville hotel and it will always be my go-to. And I would suggest it for any of my friends.

This stay was a last minute decision due to traveling for medical reasons. I could not have been happier. The communication with the property manager (Mike) was awesome, and check in was seamless. The property was clean and the clearly written rules and regulations were reassuring. For the cost, it was beyond a good deal. Sure, it’s not the kind of place that has desks with USB ports- but the other amenities it has for the price you pay is amazing. 10/10 recommend for bang for the buck.
