Please note that road access to the hotel is through the Bergstrasse. Entry is restricted by bollards. Please drive to the stop line and call the number provided on your booking confirmation. Hotel staff will inform you about the entrance code. Enter this code in the terminal, pass the bollard, and turn into the first street on the right (Linzergasse) to the Reitsamerplatz square, then turn right. The hotel is located on your left-hand side. Please note that parking in front of the hotel is only permitted for loading and unloading your car. Please note that for parking, the hotel recommends the charged Mirabell public underground parking garage, which is located 984 feet away. A deposit may be required at the property.

The property was very clean, cool, and the pillows were fantastic. Best pillows of the 5 places we’ve stayed on our trip. The location also couldn’t be better. It was walking distance to everything.

Breakfast costs extra but it isn’t communicated by hotel staff or on booking site, so you get a surprise charge when you check out. The breakfast was great but they were deceptive about it. The small tube showers were also very claustrophobic.
