Clean room

Check in was at 3. We arrived at 4:30 and our room wasn't ready.

Restaurant and service was great Parking garage also good especially in the winter

Rooms can always be a bit cleaner, need some dusting

Location was great. Rooms are spacious. Staff are friendly

Hard to get housekeeping

No airport shuttle. Restaurant staff were not clear about how breakfast works only allowed coffee or juice if you want both you are charged for it. Surprised they didn’t charge for the ice in my water.

The indoor parking is very tight for trucks, would park outside next time.

Room was as expected and comfortable.

Hotel parking is a nightmare - my vehicle was unable to fit in the "underground parking" and as such I had to pay large sums to park. Also due to an event in the hotel I also had to park very far away. There should be above ground reserved parking for hotel guests! There are only TWO luggage trollies in the hotel - this is not enough when street parking is required I was refused "kids eat free" at the breakfast because I booked with a third party. This was quite shocking to me and not well advertised when booking. I was paying $18 each for two adults already! The front desk staff was quite rude when I inquired about the breakfast and also quite rude when I checked out and requested not to be charged the fee for parking in the underground i was not able to access.
