"Fix the broken stuff and it wouldn't be too bad"

Location. Plenty of parking.

Broken toilet, also randomly no water (even before the valve). Broken shower valve and broken tap valve : they are leaking and very hard to adjust for proper temperature. Also since you never know if you're getting just cold water, you can't drink it. Outdated heating system ; thermostat doesn't seem to work properly. Was woken up 3 nights by neighbors. Once, a person pulled a chair (that wasn't there before) next to my door at 3am and started a loud conversation on their phone.

"Impossible to get any rest"

It was decent

Very loud and noisy , impossible to get any rest , loud police visits , door banging knocks for hours, lots of car noise
