Staff were friendly. When we checked out, he called us back to tell us the damage deposit was pre-purchased not pre-authorized, so once he checked the room, he refunded us the $

The room was very run down and dated. The beds were hard and noisy. The bathroom was stained and the walls were dirty.

The location was fine

I do not normally take the time to write a negative review, but I feel like people need to be warned so they do not waste their time and money on this place. The bathroom fan was deafening. There were not enough towels for the five people we had. The room was cold, and the beds lacked proper blankets, basically two thin sheets with a fleece. We threw our coats over our beds to try and stay warm. If you need something, you are out of luck between 10 pm and 8 am because there is no one on staff. When I got a hold of someone, because I needed to get back in our room as we forgot to grab something, I was told I needed to wait until 8. Our 6:30 am leaving time, turned into 8 am, with my family and I waiting in the parking lot for that whole time. A whole hour and a half wasted because there is no one on site. Yes, I should have double checked, but a simple mistake should not have costed an hour and a half of travel time.

The price was right for a very very basic motel

There was no hair dryer as reported in the amenities. Toilet had a hard time flushing sometimes and was very very low to the ground.

Was clean which was great. Old motel but for the price and I just stayed one night quickly I’d say it was worth it.

Staff seem irritated when I checked around 7:45pm. Felt like they had better placed to be and I was annoyance. Hot tub was of course not working.
