3HB Guarana - All Inclusive

We arrived just before the schools broke up. The check in seemed to take a long time & found the reception staff very ‘serious’… smiles to be greeted with would have been more welcoming. The hotel is kept nice & clean & well maintained. The gym is very basic & small considering the amount of guests and potential space that could be used downstairs where it is. Everything is self serve, even the bookable restaurants. I asked for a vegan breakfast and was made tofu, avocado, and toast (no milk in the bread as allergic to it). This was really kind and offered every day to me. Usually, there was a vegan dish at lunch & teatime, but when there wasn’t, they were happy to make me something. The last few days the hotel got REALLY busy… it was too much for me. It was ‘elbows out’ in the dining room area to get to food and drinks. Felt pressured and too rushed. The other issue was guests not using the designated smoking area. Sitting on benches in walkways so you have to walk through the smoke & also, vaping wherever they want?! Really thoughtless, rude, and arrogant. To escape the chaos, I recommend going to see the dolphins & a visit to Vilamoura. Had an amazing meal at Versatile just near the hotel.

todo fue genial, las instalaciones increíbles, había comida todo el rato, desayuno, medio día, almuerzo, merienda, cena y pre cena. las trabajadoras con las que hablamos súper simpáticas, cercanas y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitábamos. las instalaciones muy limpias y ordenadas. la playa a 5 minutos, si volvemos a portugal no dudaremos en ir.

todo muy bien, lo que sí en el Buffet del medio día pondría algo más de variedad, aunque todo fue genial

Animação ,simpatia e comida

Os quartos muitos quentes e o ar condicionado não ajudava . A animação e impecável e simpatia mas poderiam ter mais passatempos. A crítica não e para a equipa em questão porque não tem culpa .mas Hotel poderia optar pela a mesma equipa mas com mais jogos

Von 8 Kaffemaschinen leider nur die Hälfte funktionstüchtig Fitnesscenter benötigt Update der Geräte und ist zu klein
