Holiday Inn Express Tianjin Heping by IHG

The location was perfect, the room was cosy, and the staff was helpful. As an interior architect, I liked the glass brick bathroom wall welcoming daylight. We have to consider sustainability since no second planet has been known to support life yet.

Breakfast needs improvement since Tianjin is an attractive tourist spot, and Western visitors expect to see some cheese and olives. Also a wider range of breads, as well. That was almost all-Chinese.

Great location (right outside of the metro stop), clean and comfortable. ALL staff was very kind and accommodating. Amily at the front desk deserves a special shout-out for being super courteous and helpful! We had a wonderful time there!

Location is good.

It was clean and very well located for exploring the city! Very welcoming. We had a room first that smelled like smoke but staff gave us another room without inconveniences.

Breakfast is not continental. As a European it was fine but not what we expected.

Location was super convenient, right next door to subway station. Plenty of local eateries nearby. Best of all was the exemplary service by the staff, especially Ms Amily, who went out of her way to offer assistance and advice whenever we needed help

The breakfast was delicious. The Hotel location is convenient.

The staff are unable to communicate in English. They were confused about calculating the accommodation costs and were unable to explain it.

Very good location, next to Anshandao subway station (line 1). Some sites to visit in easy walking distance. Staff were very helpful in helping find the way to various sites. Breakfast was fine.

The wet floor in the bathroom sometimes allowed the carpet outside the bathroom to get damp.
