"Clean and friendly, a great place to stay at the end of the Deadwood strip!"

Excellent location, Dales was fantastic for breakfast and the staff were super friendly.

Pool closed at 10:00pm and should really be open until 11:00pm.

"Best Holiday Inn I’ve stayed at"

Check in: friendly, excellent. Parking garage: the elevator was out on arrival and departure dates. Had to schlep my heavy bags up and down stairs. I also hate that guests have to OSU for parking when other hotels had free parking. Good: had 2 great breakfasts at Dales. Service was good, fast. Rooms: nice, comfortable, clean. Other stuff: nice patio to sit, read, talk, have a drink. Close to everything you want to do in Deadwood.

The hotel was nice. The staff was friendly. Rooms were clean air conditioning worked great and it had a fridge and microwave and safe. However, we showed up right before sturgis rally so we paid top dollar.. and the vending machine on our floor was out of order, one of the elevators didn't work for 3 of the 4 days and washer and dryer could use an update. Howere that being said, I do Appreciate the fact that the hotel did have a washer and dryer in it that was a Plus. All in all nice hotel.
