Heritage Inn Mahomet

Motel was easy to find and close to the interstate. within walking distance was 4 food shops.

They overbooked and did not honor reservations that we made months in advance of our son's graduation.

Worn down room , just had moldy smell from heating unit ,owner seemed nice.

plenty of attractions and food close by staff were helpful and comfy beds

There was a bad smell in the room . the bathroom was smelling terrible.

Greeted by name. We had a late arrival. First room had an unpleasant odor. Very polite staff are East Indian and decor introduced us to their very colorful culture. Bed was clean and comfortable. They are obviously trying to take a dated,worn motel and spiffy it up with mixed results. I would not use Expedia again. The staff did not realize the reservation was already paid for through Expedia. Once at home, it required a phone call and for them to check with Expedia before I was credited the extra payment.

Given the price, I had low expectations, but I at least would've expected their non-smoking rooms to not smell like smoke. The motel is run by two friendly Indian men, but it doesn't make up for room quality.

I did not get what I expected. Small room size.

The hotel was terrible, the room had dirty towels for curtains. Everything was dusty and smelly. The bed's looked as if they had not been cleaned for years. The bathroom was nasty, shower curtains were covered with mold. Bathtub had mold and goop all around. We could not stand to stay. Left to find different place, or sleep in the car, anything would have been better than that stinky, nasty place. Look worse than the BATES HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!

The front office was a little confused when I called to verify the room but they had a room for me when we got to the room.
