I liked that I could walk rt to the beach. And rt next to downtown.

It was so loud. You could hear all the guests around you in their rooms. They give you a big fan in your room. So glad they did. It drowned out the tv's, the talking, the hot tub running above us. Or there was no way we were going to sleep.

Courtious staff, Very friendly

Room was spacious. Patio and view were wonderful.

Bathroom a little outdated but did the job just fine.

We stayed in two different rooms during our visit. We park right in front, and there’s a small entryway with a door that can be locked at night, which felt safe. Our first room faced the parking lot it was smaller, darker, and not our favorite. However, our second room was in the back facing the ocean, and it was a completely different experience much roomier, brighter, and very enjoyable. We were really happy with that room. We also noticed their sister hotel next door, Beachcomber. We didn’t see the rooms, but the outside looked very nice, and they had a laundry room that we were able to use, which was a great convenience.

Toilet keep running and the water pressure was not very good,light shined in all night and no way to block it out.

A bit noisy in the evening, with people going up the stairs

The King room we were shown was not very good at all. Very small and cramped, looked out on parking area. Talked with Joe at front desk and he said that since we booked through a third party with no view this was it. I asked if we could upgrade and he was so very accommodating. He was able to put us in a 2 bed queen room, with balcony and view of the ocean. This is what we were expecting when looking at pictures online at booking.

Once in our new room, everything was great. The room could have a bit better lighting by the desk and chair.
