حسن الاستقبال وخصوصا الاخ حسن المصري وسهولة اجراءات الدخول والخروج من الغرفة ، الشقة رائعة للعوائل الكبيرة ونظيفة وموظفوا النظافة جيدين في التنظيف ومراعاتهم بتزويد الضيوف بالعدد الكافي من المياه والمناديل والشاي اللازم ،بعض الاثاث يحتاج الى استبدال ، المبنى ميزته هادى جدا لعدم وجود ازعاج او ملاهي بداخله

المواقف سيئة خصوصا للسيارات العائلية بسبب توزيع الاعمدة الغير جيد داخل الفراع مما يصعب حركة السيارات اثناء الدخول والخروج من المواقف وكذلك كثرة الملاهي الليلية بالمنطقة بجوار المبنى
