SCHLOSS Zermatt - CBD & Adaptogenic Spa and Sport Hotel

I can’t say enough about this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect! Our room was top notch in every way. We had a wonderful view of the Matterhorn from our room and balcony! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. You can not go wrong with choosing this hotel!!!

It was a very nice place to stay. They staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a nice gym there. It was very close to the train station. Maybe next time I would get a room with a view of the Matterhorn

Beautiful hotel with an elegant and tranquil vibe. The staff all very kind and special shout out to Chris who helped us navigate around Zermatt from beginning to end. If you’re visiting Vermont, I highly recommend staying at the SCHLOSS hotel

We had a great experience staying here. The staff were extremely courteous and very helpful. Thanks to Lea, who went out of the way to get us a last minute restaurant reservation. Overall would love to come back here again.

Great spa ( naked) great location very nice breakfast only drawback was no air conditioner. Brought me a fan which really helped. It was quite warm when we were there, so maybe they don’t need it most of the time. Very nice people.

Upon check in I was told I would have to pay extra because my children were older than they thought (13, 13, 17). They wanted to charge for a rollaway bed when I knew I indicated all correct ages of my kids when I booked on Hotels.com. We were already paying nearly $800 for one night. They ultimately waived the charge but it was an uncomfortable conversation. A beautiful hotel - but we ended up staying for 15 hours and enjoyed few benefits.

Absolute gem of a hotel! Incredible value for money. Service: A+ The service is friendly & warm and you can tell that the staff really cares about the property. Kika at the front desk welcomed us, showed us our room & even made great suggestions for dinner (Zermatt Kitchen). Amenities: A+ We had the entire spa area to ourselves on a Saturday - 12pm onwards, with a few people joining after an hour or so. All very respectful & polite. Yes, the spa is nude & mixed male / female. BUT --> There are towels & thin fabrics provided to fully cover yourself. I am a bit conservative & shy, but did not feel uncomfortable at all. I say Go for it! Because the spa amenities really are top notch. You will be wow'ed. Cleanliness: A+ The cleaning staff works so, so hard. Hats off to you guys! Location: A+ Right near the train station. A 15 minute walk to the gondolas up for hikes. Restaurants everywhere. Casa Mia right next store is also lovely. We stayed at the height of hiking season (mid-late August). Will definitely stay here again. The management & team should be proud.
