Čistota pokoje,výhled na moře,docela klid v resortu,dostupnost do Barcelony místním vlakem.

Málo personálu na recepci,když něco potřebujete stále čekáte ve frontě. Problém půjčit konvici na pokoj. Snídaně a večeře krásně presentovany ale jídlo bez chuti a vlažný chápu že uvařit pro mnoho lidi je umění. Mohli by se učit od hotelu naproti hotel Riviera.. Uklízečky neochotné v komunikaci s hostem.

L'emplacement ainsi que le calme de l'établissement

Gros manque de personnel, pas de netttage fait durant tous notre séjour ( sauf la veille de notre départ après plusieurs plaintes ) par manque d'effectif. De même pour le repas des queues interminables pour aller manger ou se servir

Me gustó las instalaciones y la cercanía del paseo de Santa Susana y la playa.

Mejoraría la calidad del Buffet tanto de la comida como el de la cena. Se olvidaron de hacer el servicio de habitación y no pasaron hacerla.
