W cenie mieliśmy przejazd z lotniska taxi do hotelu, ale nikt nie czekał na nas na lotnisku.

The staff were so kind and helpful, we got an extra upgrade, the suite was spacious and so clean. Very comfortable for staying, the baby cot is available and clean. The best hotel in the area, a great massive pool area, kids' playing zone, and on the beach. Despite the huge numbers of residents, the breakfast organisation was incredible, salute for the team. So easy and straightforward check-in and out process.

Sometimes, car parking can be a problem, as there are not enough spaces around the hotel. The view from the suites' balconies is not the best, as balconies are very near each other, no privacy at all, and sea view is not the best from side of the corners. The stove is disconnected and not working in the suites.

Had alleen ontbijt en die was voortreffelijk. Het zag er allemaal goed uit. En er was voor iedereen wel wat.

Tijdens inchecken werd verbaasd gereageerd dat ik een kamer voor 4 personen had gereserveerd terwijl ik alleen was. Maar dat hadden ze kunnen weten. Dat stond immers op de ontvangstbevestiging van de reservering.

Ho apprezzato la gestione del ristorante e dei bar, cibo ottimo e vario. Posizione eccellente. Area piscina ben gestita con personale attento.

Migliorabile la pulizia ai piani è degli ascensori con l'impiego di personale anche al pomeriggio e sera.

The pool area and kids club were great.

The room was outdated, the beds and pillows not comfortable at all, not much space to move, phone didn’t work and room wasn’t cleaned the entire stay even though the sign was hung on the door.

Great location, spacious clean room, comfy beds. Animation team is absolutely amazing, engaging guests to join in. Aquatic and aquazumba I enjoyed the most. Really good drinks at pool bar Good transport link to Barcelona

Como en otros hoteles no te dan un turismo a las instalaciones. El recibimiento no fue ideal Por lo menos en el minibar de la habitación debió haber agua 💧. El aire no funcionaba en su totalidad. Y por último las habitaciones no tienen antiruido
