The room was just okay, size wise. Basic amenities such as tv, aircon is cold. They provided us w/ 2 bottles of water, toothbrush and soap.

The facility is not like in the picture. It is really disappointing. It is not well maintained and bathroom stuffs has rust everywhere. Not worthy for the prize

"Warning for those with cars"

To make a long story short, front desk personnel made me pay an extra P1000.00 to upgarde from my reserved and fully paid standard room to a room that has a garage if i wanted to park my car at their premises. The booking clearly states that parking is provided frèe of charge..But I guess being a "love hotel" they'll prioritze other guests who pay less for short time so they can give the room to more clients within the day..Arguing and asking to speak to the manager was useless, these people dont care. They say its the third party booking site's fault (Trip.com).So being with a companion and put on the spot I had no choice but to upgrdae.. Word of caution if you're gonna.book thru a third party site. and your bringing a car unless its a 4-5 star.parking might be an issue.. Never again with Victoria Court.

"사기꾼들"

Suite 룸을 예약했는데 방이 없다며, 잠시 스탠다드에서 쉬고 있으면 방이 생기는데로 옮겨주겠다고 함. 3시간쯤 지난 다음 방이 생겼다며 옮겨준 방은 regular suite 방이었음 분명 suite - regula suite - deluxe - standard grade 순서로 등급이 정해져있는거 뻔이 아는데 같은 suite room이라며 그냥 숙박하라고 강요함. 돈은 suite room 지불하고 숙박은 regular suite 에서 숙박함 차액만큼 환불 받고 싶음

"Want to charge for butter"

Yes you get a free breakfast for over 12 hour stay but it's not edible being served cold sausages and toast and then they want to charge me 20 peso for butter to go with it. Not impressed. The rest of the stay was ok suck as room cleaning.
