Überaus freundliches und zuvorkommendes Hotelpersonal.

I have never felt more uncomfortable at a hotel in my life!! this hotel basically caters to Germans only. no offence- but beyond rude and judgemental! Beach is beautiful but the restaurants surrounding are awful, German or British owned that do not know how to make a pizza if they tried. Yuck Stay in Palma, the south or even north in Mallorca if you want to have an authentic mallorcan experience!!

Fint gammaldags hotell nära stranden! Alla pratar tyska men få kan engelska. Rummen var små, ACn funkade halvbra. Utsikten var fantastisk och läget var bra. Frukostbuffén full av tyska delikatesser!

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location. Well laid out and maintained and the main pool was great. we went for breakfast only which was the best choice as there were several lovely restaurants around. Would reccomend "La Sangria restaurant". Hotel Staff were friendly and helpful and all spoke English. Rooms were a good size with Beautiful sea views and cleaned daily. No real faults other than to say the toddler pool wasn't the cleanest. We never used it and our daughter came on leaps and bounds in the bigger pool. Overall an excellent hotel

The hotel is comfortable and fantastic to stay. The view from the room was awesome. I would like to stay there again.

Schöner Meerblick, Zimmer und Bad mit Dusche sauber, Matratzen könnten besser sein.

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 1 Zehnjähriger) waren im 12. und damit obersten Stockwerks dieses Hotels in einer Juniorsuite untergebracht. Es liegt direkt am ca. 2 km langen Badestrand von Cala Millor. Zwischen dem Hotel und dem Sandstrand liegt lediglich eine einige Meter breite Promenade, die sich speziell für Spaziergänge nach dem Abendessen sehr gut eignet. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal für Leute, deren Fokus in erster Linie auf Baden ausgerichtet ist. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung des Hotels befinden sich zahlreiche andere Hotels ähnlicher Größe und Ausstattung, sowie zahlreiche Geschäfte (u.a. Supermärkte) und Restaurants bzw. Bars. Der lange Badestrand ist in sehr gepflegtem Zustand und das Meerwasser ist kristallklar. An der Sauberkeit sowohl im Restaurant als auch im Zimmer des Hotels gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Das Gebäude selbst ist 80iger Jahre Baustil und ist unseres Erachtens in puncto Platzangebot in den Zimmern sowie im Restaurant (enge Platzverhätnisse an den Tischen) aus heutiger Sicht verbesserungswürdig. Die Klimaanlage in unserem auf der obersten Etage gelegenen Zimmer konnte während der großen herrschenden Hitze leider nicht (mehr?) für ganz ausreichend kühle Verhältnisse sorgen...

Avkoppling, fin pool, bra frukost. Fint hotell med utmärkt läge. Tyvärr hårda sängar och ganska liten balkong. Bra service när vi checkat ut att ha tillgång till dusch innan hemfärd. Härligt med strandpromenaden med alla caféer och restauranger.

Super séjour ! La nourriture est excellente, le service au top ! Le Spa ainsi que sauna et jacuzzi sont une tuerie !
