"Excellent location to go visiting Pompeii ruins"

It is an excellent location, very close to Pompeii ruins and the cathedral. I found at reception very kind persons who gave us useful information (where eat the best pizza, how manage the visit of the ruins, etc.). The left us keeping the car in the hotel garage also the day we checked out.

"Jewel in Pompie"

We enjoyed our stay in Pompei. The hotel is so convenient and clean. It’s a walking distance from all the sights. The room is comfortable and enough space for four adult. We would definitely stay here again. “ Highly Recommended”

"Great place right in Pompei"

Booked as older couple travelling with adult son - so booked for 3. Often find we are squashed into a small room usually suitable for 2 not 3 people. Not so for Hotel Santa Caterina! We were very pleasantly surprised to be given a large apartrment style room suitable for 3 adults - large kitchen area and a decent sized bathroom also!! Very impressed! The room was clean, recently renovated, spacious and pleasant. Carparking was on site so we able to leave the car and walk around Pompei. The ruins are within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. There are lots of restaurants close by, the main church square and shops are all within 5 minutes of the hotel. Staff were every friendly and helpful (even offering a birthday cake treat suggestion on the Amalfi coast - thanks - the cake was fabulous!!). Breakfast was included and was generous and fresh. Only tiny negative was that the wifi didn't work in the room but it wasn't a big issue as they have a seating area near reception where the wifi works fine. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would certainly stay again.
