The pool area and play park for the kids was really good

Not one to complain at all as i know all holidays have there flaws but this one i decided to write a review. Place reminds me of a spanish version of haggerston castle but costing alot more to go. Traveled with family with 2 young kids Not close to any town. Getting a taxi is a nightmare On site shop not open all day. And not close to a shop outwith. You can walk to aldis etc but its a trek by foot and crossing a busy dangerous road. Taxi wont come to take you there. Pool bar closes during the day. Cant drink or eat anything at the pool area purchased from supermarket even though the bar was shut. Life guards and security let there power get to there heads a bit.i get theu have to look after folk at rhe pool but listening to the whistle getting blown every couple of minutes for petty things was a bit over the top. Security guard ripping towels of beds. Yes i get if the place was busy but it wasnt Lodge wasnt the cleanest. Pool had rubbish under sunbeds for a few days. Poolside entertainment was all in spanish. Not catering for anybody that doesnt speak spanish . Had to book another hotel during our stay to enjoy our holiday (which we did :) Tried to get a refund for cutting our holiday short and they were not interested and told me to contact booking.com as it was there problem as i booked it through them Wouldnt recommend and definetly wont be back
