Property Notes

Please note that the spa is closed from 14 May until 15 May due to maintenance. From Tuesday 18 November, the main entrance to the premises will be closed due to works being carried out by the Directorate-General for Water of the Regional Ministry of Agriculture, Water, Livestock and Fisheries of the Valencian Regional Government, commissioned to the Empresa de Transformación Agraria. These works form part of the project: “Improvement of flood safety on the left bank of the River Segura by enhancing the hydraulic drainage capacity of its estuary and the final section of the Azarbe del Señor (Alicante) – CENCGE/2025/26G05/0027”. During the works, access to and from the establishment will be via the internal car park area, where the main reception will also be located for your convenience.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Le cadre du complexe et les installations aquatiques. Au mention toute particulière au personnel qui a toujours répondu à nos attentes avec gentillesse et professionnalisme.

Nous mangions régulièrement au restaurant. La carte de menus proposée manquait de variétés dan le choix. Je trouve le rapport qualité/prix excessif.

La zona de piscina y spa. Juego de niños está súper bien.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y la puerta del bungalow no cerraba muy bien con llave.

Voor de prijs een geweldig verblijf. Groot zwembad, netjes nieuwe handdoeken enz. Ja echt TOP!!!!

Dat er geen normaal koffiezetapparaat was.
