Unikat Guest Rooms

The rooms are ostensibly cleaned only once every three days, and they seem to have missed mine. Hotel location is good and price is very good, but you get what you pay for. And they only take cash (and don't have an ATM on premises) so make sure to budget your zloty accordingly.

Hotel is very basic, fixtures and fittings a bit tired, and the lack of aircon was a bit of a pain in the heat, but location is ideal and that made it great value.

For the price and the duration of stay, it was a decent comfort level and for the price it was to be expected. No complaints, we had a fine stay. Great location and easy access.

Excellent hotel in the heart of city centre. Great staff, too. All spoke English and were very helpful. Strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a very convenient location in the center of Krakow. It was very clean and had an elevator to go up to the upper floors. The best part is the staff who are always willing to help you and provide you with the right information, excellent recommendations about restaurants and places to visit in the city

Only used the room for sleeping as we were out all day during our stay, not modern and looked nothing like the rooms shown when booking, staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to the square so eating out was easy, hotel transfer shows price for round trip but we booked in advance and paid that price each way so was a little confused.

Highly recommended guest house with quaint decor and very obliging, English-speaking staff. Location great, room clean, bed comfortable, basic amenities okay. The staff were experts in guest relations.

Room was great for the price. Room and sheets were clean, and location is great, right in the centre of Krakow. No room cleaning during my 3-day stay, and bed resembled a sofa bed, but was nonetheless comfortable enough. Staff very friendly and helpful.

a small Pensione, without many frills... but clean, comfortable, quiet, and extremely well located.

room has everything I need. Boiler, Hair dryer, etc. clean Nice balcony, close to old town, bike rental on next street.
