Luiz Leblon Apartment

Dont stay here its a really small appartment and you have to share it with two old men. The toilet was dirty and they didnt Even bother to flush. I stayed one night just when i arrived in Rio. I didnt have any place to stay, but this place was a real dump. Owner, Luis, tried to convince me to stay more nights, despite the bad conditions. I didnt even consider a shower the next day. Stay away !!

Y lo hace muy bien para su funcion. La gwnte es realmente muy honesta y servicial. Nos olvidamos una billetera (cartera) con casi USD 2,000 y llamamos para avisar y la tenian guardada y no faltó nada cuando pasamos a recogerla.

Luiz is very friendly and takes very good care of his guests, but the bed sheets could be better and so can the bathroom. I went doing the World Cup and it was very expensive for what it is.

The place is ideally located. No doubt. In Leblon, close to the shopping and the beach. Walking distance to the best restaurants and places of interest. Luiz is super helpful, nice and will accomodate your needs, which is really great. The rooms are fairly large, but very basic. Perfect if you're sharing with a friend.

Had a great time at Luiz's. He's super nice and the room was nice a big, though decorated pretty old school. Feels like you're staying at a friend's house, which has it's own charm. The facilities were very clean and the breakfast was simple, but delicious, with lots of fresh fruit and fresh squeezed juice. The place is located on a very busy corner with a restaurant right below, so it's pretty noisy at night, but I had no issues closing the windows and falling asleep. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and you're on the beach in 5 min walking. There is also a supermarket diagonally across, which is great for picking up some fruit, snacks and drinks, which can be prepared in the kitchen. The only thing that's not convenient is that the place is not always staffed, so when I accidentally left my keys in my room, I wasn't able to call anyone -- luckily the other guests were in, so it was all fine in the end. I would come back here for sure.

Recomendo pelo local, bairro tranquilo, restaurantes com preços acessíveis, O Luiz faz de tudo para agradar ao hóspede, café da manhã delicioso, regado a boa música e boas conversas com ele, cultura pura! Quartos e roupas de cama limpos, o banheiro mesmo sendo compartilhado estava sempre organizado e limpo. Você se sentirá em casa ou como uma pessoa da família do Luiz. Voltarei mais vezes!

Acima da expectativa.

La ubicación del hotel es bastante buena, está a solo 2 cuadras de la playa, en un lugar muy seguro donde se puede caminar tranquilamente, tomar fotografías e ir de compras por la gran cantidad de tiendas que hay por las diferentes calles. El desayuno se sirve tarde a las 8:30am de Rio, eso provoca que si quieres salir temprano y desayunado, no va a ser posible. El servicio de don Luis es muy bueno, es una persona amable y siempre tiene la intención de ayudar en todo lo posible. Recomiendo el hotel para personas que quieren ir en son de tranquilidad y no tanto de fiesta.

Luiz is an amazing host, great breakfast, but the quality of the rooms could be better. WiFi didn't work in my room
