Phi Phi Green Hill Resort

Pra quem quer ir sem gastar muito é um bom lugar, mas tem que estar ciente da qualidade x preço.

O lugar está em clara decadência. Ficamos decepcionados com o abandono: o chão cedeu em um ponto da cama e fizeram apenas um remendo mal acabado. Para piorar, o serviço de quarto não apareceu durante toda a estadia e a TV estava estragada. É inadmissível não ter uma geladeira ou frigobar disponível, considerando as altas temperaturas da ilha. O custo-benefício não vale a pena diante da falta de conservação.

Too many bugs ants everywhere. Wayyyy too many steps up everyday

The hotel refused to check us in to give us clean and safe accommodation. The asked us to cancel which was not possible. We had then to find an emergency accommodation at 8 pm. paying each 3000 THB (100 USD ) per person. This place should not be at this platform. Absolutely unprofessional/unsafe. Absolutely not recommended!!!!!!! Unfortunately booking is also not reacting to my messages!!!! Very bad !!!!

The mattress was the wrong way up, our door couldn’t close properly, the step going into the bathroom was to steep. The resort was to far from the town and a very steep walk back and the pool was dirty over all very disappointing, but the staff were helpful

Шикарный вид из домика, мы жили почти на самом верху) Тяжело подниматься,но это того стоит) Домики простые, деревенские, но это добавляет своей атмосферы для жизни на этом острове, хорошее соотношение цены и качества)

The worst accommodation I've ever had through Booking. Extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Bugs in the room, holes in the walls. Afraid to sleep at night because you don't know what other bugs might get through the holes in the walls. The conditions in the room and bathroom were appalling. It's a shame that Booking has this resort in its offer!!! - No mosquito nets - No hot water in the bathroom - The bathroom door could not be closed. - Steep and dangerous stairs - No swimming pool - Far away from everywhere -Trash everywhere - Old and unrenovated rooms, broken appliances On the first day, I immediately changed my accommodation when I saw insects in the room. I didn't even sleep there, but I still had to pay for two nights! Problem with getting a refund. Only half of the stay could be refunded. This resort should be closed and not offer accommodation because it does not meet basic requirements.
