La professionalità degli addetti alla reception, gentili e pronti ad aiutare il cliente.

La impossibilità di regolare la temperatura nella camera, anche agendo sul termostato non cambiava nulla e con 29 gradi tendenti al rialzo ho dovuto aprire la finestra. Amici di viaggio al piano di sotto, il secondo, non hanno avuto il problema, forse dunque è stato un caso.

"Hotel comodo per intervento di laser"

Posizione perfetta per chi ha bisogno di una base per effettuare l’intervento di laser agli occhi. L’hotel è di fronte alla clinica. Colazione abbondante. Ristorante ottimo. Personale cortese e preparato.

Sarebbero da rimodernare i bagni e la moquette nelle stanze e nei corridoi

Struttura pulita e buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. La posizione è perfetta per accedere alla clinica Siena Eye Laser dove ho fatto l’intervento. Staff cordiale e disponibile.

Il bagno dovrebbe essere rinnovato, soprattutto la doccia.
