Catastrophique Hôtel, aucun comportement trop de bruit même pas propre. Je recommande à personne cet hôtel il vous accompagne même pas votre chambre il voulait chercher pendant des heures tout seul bref j’ai passé un mauvais séjour j’ai même pas dormi là-bas j’ai dû laisser mes affaires là-bas c’est tout. J’ai pris une chambre pour prendre ma douche et laisser mes affaires avant en sécurité MDR

Friendly Staff, access to all the great facilities of the sister hotel The Gig, situated in the heart of Patong and walking distance from the beach.

Noise disturbance and no on-site staff to acknowledge this and intervene. Had to ask cleaning staff and reception more than once to provide additional toilet rolls as there wasn't sufficient. This also happened with soap. Electricity went off one of the mornings and elevator wasn't working for hours, had to climb 6 flights of stairs to get to our room. Standard room facing another hotel with no sunshine and little fresh air as window faced balcony of opposite hotel. Extremely close and so little privacy. This was only communicated at the time of check in. Cash deposit of 1000bhat required at time of check in, first time I ever experienced a hotel asking for a deposit even though a full payment was made at time of booking. This deposit was refundable and would not be accepted by card either. Something I had never experienced before on my travels.

We had been traveling for hours to get there and once we had arrived we were told we could check in at 2pm, after returning after 3pm we were told the rooms would be ready in another 20 mins.At no point were we offered any refreshments and to ad insult to injury we were left to carry out bahs the the 3rf floor in a separate building,!!
