Everything was great in the room with new upgrades done recently. Very comfortable and clean.

The heating unit cover fell off when I tried to set the temperature for the room.

At check-in, the front desk clerk was very helpful, she gave us the room she thought was best for our needs but also offered to change it if we were not satisfied, but the room was ok. She got us a bag of ice because she felt the walk for us to get it would be a little difficult. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fine for our needs.

The room numbers on the door were only 1 inch high and therefore made it impossible to find our room without getting out of the truck and walking along the doors to be able see the room number and find our room. There was a strong smell when walking into the room, musty/unpleasant smell. I sprayed Lysol, which decreased the smell and made the room tolerable. There was a ridge on the floor where the carpet and tile met near the sink, it was a quite a tripping hazard for us seniors, especially my husband who recently had hip replacement surgery.
