Everything was great the staff was very nice and the rooms were super clean. I was impressed I would definitely stay there again.

The Hotel was extremely clean. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The noise level was perfect not loud at all. The breakfast was excellent. The only issue was the room I had I guess because it was towards the end of the floor room #330 I had no hot water for a shower. I called the front desk and was told that maintenance would be contacted. So I was hoping that by morning I could take a hot shower but nope still cold. Not even Luke warm. I was extremely shocked that a hotel so nice didn't have hot water in my room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone but I would definitely tell them to get a room not at the end of the hall.

Breakfast was delicious. There was a variety of foods to choose from, and we enjoyed a hot, hearty meal. The ladies who served the food were very kind, friendly, and helpful.

My stay is 5 out of 5. It is going quite well. It actually started off on the wrong foot. I had reserved a King room and I ended up in a Queen room. I was pretty frustrated. So I called the front desk and Syretta told me there were no King rooms available. But Syretta figured out how to make it right. She called me back to offer an Amazon gift card and brought it up to my room. I was thoroughly impressed by her. You've got a great employee there. And now I am inclined to stay at a Home2Suites the next time I travel.

Check in was great, front desk clerk was super friendly late last night as well as this morning when we went down for breakfast. I really appreciate the hospitality at this hotel.

Had a very comfortable stay. Staff was very friendly. The evening hostess was Very pleasant and had a welcoming smile when we entered lobby from a long drive! Everything was clean staff was seen cleaning almost constantly. Manager was Professional and seemed to run a Professional staff. Food was set out in morning and presented in attractive was. Food staff was helpful and available to customers that asked for anything xtra. I would Definitely return.

I stayed for about 2 weeks and I have never felt more comfortable at a place, because of this staff! The room was spacious and the hotel was very well kept. The breakfast was great as well! Although I had great interactions with all of the staff, I would like to highlight one person specifically. Kimmie was was very kind, accommodating and made me feel at home. I travel around 6 months a year and she truly made me feel like I was welcomed every day. Thank you!

Hmmm it's good to walk into the lobby of a hotel that has a clean/refreshing smell. My first words were "woo it smells good in here". Visiting Jacksonville, NC with my son to see his high school and college buddy before he leaves home for the military's life. The Front Desk staff, Ms. Kimmie greeted us with a friendly "hello" and "smile". Our stay throughout the weekend was a pleasant one; even the breakfast food hit the hunger spot. From the front desk staff, to the housekeeping staff and all other staff, were ALL on the same page of "GREAT FRIENDLY SERVICE"! Oh, and the rooms, hallways and throughout the hotel was clean and smelling fresh as well. Home2 Suites has become my first choice hotel when and where ever I travel to. If I had to write a negative response, it would be, "only one elevator was working". But we never had to wait a long period of time for the working elevator. And, it still smelled clean and fresh while waiting for the working elevator (LOL). I recommend Jacksonville, NC Home2 Suites if you are in the area. Lastly, the price was reasonable for the time I stayed there.

I had an amazing stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Jacksonville, NC. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. Every single team member I encountered went above and beyond; friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. The service here is phenomenal all around, and it truly made my experience stand out. The room was thoughtfully stocked with tableware, including dinnerware and drinkware, which made the stay even more convenient and comfortable. Spacious room, full size refrigerator! I’ll definitely be returning whenever I’m in the area. Highly recommend this hotel!
