"Good"

Check in was very good. Room very clean. Breakfast not acceptable. We were there at 8:00 am, very little left. Asked for yoguart(none), Was told that they had a very busy morning. Really need to improve on quality, and supply.

"Superior Accommodation in Chetwynd"

Always efficient, no nonsense checkin and checkout. Rooms are clean, plenty of hotwater. Good breakfast. Working ice machine. Internet which does not have problems. This is what you need when you are in Chetwynd for business.

"Although it wasn’t the most comfortable stay I’m still likely to stay here again"

The staff were friendly and the location was very easy to get to.

Beds weren’t comfortable, the continental breakfast didn’t have much any of the 3 mornings, but the last 2 mornings the coffee maker broke so the coffee was cold.

"Pleasant"

The location was adequate, and was in a reasonably quiet area of town

Beds were hard, and the breakfast area was filthy. Garbage cans were overflowing, the juice machine was broken, coffee pots were empty and the food was questionable.

The location and staff were excellent. Due to carpet being installed the staff were really under pressure to clean as much as they could and because of being totally booked there were a few things that could have been better for the breakfast such as no butter, no spoons. However the server did apologize and it was understandable. Would certainly book again if we are down that way.

When we arrived we found a box of chicken wings in the fridge freezer in our room, not sure how long they had been there. The bathroom was somewhat clean but the sink would not drain very well. The TV did not work and the manager tried 4 different remotes before he finally was able to get it going. The breakfast was horrible. No coffee as the machine was broken. They had a Keurig but no pods. The coffee machine in the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned ever! There was no butter and the bagels were old and stale. Would not recommend staying here!
