Very friendly staff. It is very convenient that there is a kitchen in the room.

We stayed for two nights, and on the second day and morning there was no hot water. My son couldn't take a shower after a hockey tournament ((( The cleaning needed a bit of work; there was food leftovers in the kitchen and no dish towel or sponge.

On check in informed that there was no hot water Stayed as it would not have been feasible to change hotels with my husband and son skiing next day Was only given 40 compensation Kitchenette was not stocked with bare essentials Had to purchase my own can opener

Modern room design with really nice tv. Staff was friendly.

-No hot water, 50% off next stay to compensate was dumb. Should have offered half off this stay. -Bed could be modernized with a proper pillow top mattress. -pee stains/dirty toilet. - coffee supplies in room not replenished. -dirty plates and hair in breakfast lounge, watered down orange juice.. at first I thought it was lemonade but nope, just oj colored water.
