The coffee shop is disorganized, difficult to see what options they sell

My husband and I received an upgrade to a suite (I have platinum elite status with Marriott), which was much appreciated. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Areas where housekeeping could improve: One of the bath towels had a nasty brown stain on it. The Nespresso coffee maker was a nice touch, but there was no Coffeemate powder or stir sticks. Just sugar. When we stayed at this hotel about a year ago we were given complementary breakfast due to my platinum elite status. When I asked about breakfast this time, I was told that only titanium elite members receive the breakfast benefit. Instead I was given a $10 discount coupon for the restaurant. When we got back to the room, I was curious whether other platinum elites had been turned away so I searched reviews on TripAdvisor. A review published just two weeks ago, also by a platinum elite member, mentioned that he had enjoyed the breakfast benefit! So I checked again the following morning with a different agent, and was told emphatically that we were indeed entitled to the breakfast benefit. The desk clerk said I only needed to hand the coupon that had been given me the night before to the hostess. When I did that, however, the hostess told me that we were not entitled to complementary breakfast! So much confusion! I mentioned that we had been told otherwise by one of the desk clerks so she headed over to the desk to check. When she returned she said that I had been given the wrong type of coupon but that breakfast would be complementary because of all the trouble. So in the end we were happy to have the breakfast benefit but I suspect it will be the last time we receive it (assuming we decide to come back). If the hotel is reading this review, I hope in their response they will state for the record what the policy is with respect to the breakfast benefit and which status level is entitled to receive it.

Meio caro, mas e o custo da conveniência.

Siempre que tengo que viajar desde la terminal 1 del Aeropuerto me hospedo en el Courtyard, ya lo considero "mi casa en el aeropuerto". Lo he visitado cualquier cantidad de veces.
