No signs to know how to get there. Construction in airport made it harder

This hotel was the perfect option after a late arrival to Mexico City. I landed in terminal 2. The friendly staff told me via phone that I could use the Aerotren service to reach the hotel at terminal 1, rather than waiting in traffic for the shuttle. All you need to do is show your inbound boarding pass at the gates to the train to the staff and you will be allowed to use it. Once you reach terminal 1, it can be a bit confusing to find the hotel, but the staff was helpful in pointing me the right direction. Overall, a great location for terminals 1 and 2. The hotel itself is quite modern, with a light-filled lobby and well-appointed rooms. I found the room itself to be quite clean and in good overall condition. Water bottles were provided, which is important in Mexico. I slept quite well; the bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were better than your average Courtyard. Moreover, for its location at a bustling airport, the rooms were silent with no airplane noise at all. As a Platinum member, I chose breakfast at the hotel's buffet. This was a much better option than the sad continental options Courtyards provide in the United States. I found the variety and quality of the buffet to be excellent. I also want to praise the entire front desk staff as they were consistently friendly, patient, and accommodating with all my questions and requests. I would be delighted to stay at this hotel again the next time I need to stay near the airport in Mexico City.

I felt the level of service varied depending on how guests looked. Some guests received complimentary items while others did not, and the restaurant staff seemed distracted and inattentive.

There should be equal service for everyone!
