Costa Hotel

Everything was perfect; the room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was available in a buffet style, which was also excellent. Although the hotel is located next to a highway, it was not disturbing at all. The location is convenient, though a bit far from tourist attractions. The train station is about a 25-minute walk away, which was fine for us. The staff was extremely helpful and assisted us with any questions we had. Overall, we were very satisfied. I can only recommend this hotel.

The service provided by all of the staff, especially Carmen, was exceptional and consistent, from recommending restaurants, making reservations and arranging taxis. The hotel, while several minutes from downtown, was quaint and clean. The breakfasts were delicious! We enjoyed our stay and the value was very good.

The breakfast was delicious! The rooms were cozy, but very clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing!! They were very attentive and helpful to find places to eat.

The location was a bit far from Pompeii (not walkable), but we were able to navigate by car and find parking.

My experience with the Costa Hotel Pompei was excellent from start to finish. All of my questions upon initial contact were addressed promptly and in relevant detail. As someone who travels a considerable amount, I do have very specific requirements and these were met to my satisfaction. Importantly, the communication reflected a genuine interest on the part of the Costa Hotel to ensure that I have an enjoyable stay and at no time was I made to feel that I was being troublesome! Dinner was served to me in an outer courtyard area and suffice to say it was delicious. The room was comfortable and clean.

It was so nice there! The hotel is so clean! The staff is so amazing and kind! The lady at the reception was very helpful, She provided us with advice on where and how to buy tickets, what to see in the area. On our first night, the restaurant was not open, but they opened it just for us and prepared dinner for us, which was very delicious! The time spent there was absolutely fantastic, I would go back anytime! Couldn't it be tomorrow? :D

It’s a wonderful hotel, the staff is very friendly and they helped us with everything. The breakfast and the dinner was delicious. The drinks were great too! The rooms are clean. They helped us to get to the airport. It’s so calm there. If we ever go to Pompeii again, we will book the rooms in this hotel again. It was a really positive experience. I would recommend this hotel!

Property is situated far from tourist attractions on a secluded, residential block. When we arrived to the property, there was a man standing in the driveway who screamed at and prevented us from entering. Since we had our infant in the car, we found this property’s location too unsafe for our family. The back of the hotel faces a very busy highway. I am confused as to how this is described as 4-star and will be much more cautious when booking future locations based on Expedia’s description alone.
