The hotel staff provided friendly and professional service throughout the stay. The premises were maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, and the location offers convenient proximity to the city center. The availability of on-site parking is a notable convenience. However, the breakfast experience did not offer sufficient value relative to the cost.

Regarding the facilities, there were significant operational issues. One elevator was completely out of service, while the other experienced persistent technical malfunctions that required manual intervention to close the doors before it could operate. As a result, accessing a room on the sixth floor required using the stairs. Furthermore, the air conditioning unit in the room was non-functional and generated an excessive amount of noise.

L’unica cosa buona era la posizione centrale

L’hotel non è per niente un 4 stelle. Hanno due ascensori di cui uno rotto e l’altro mal funzionante, così abbiamo dovuto farci 4 piani a piedi… la colazione poco fornita per essere un 4 stelle, molto salato e nessun dolce tipo cornetti, torte ecc. La tv nella stanza non era smart, ancora non da 4 stelle. In stanza c’era l’acqua molto frizzante e abbiamo chiesto di averla liscia. Al check-out ce l’hanno fatta pagare €5.50! Il bagno non era rifornito come si dovrebbe. Insomma, abbiamo pagato più di quanto avremmo dovuto…

Nahe an der Innenstadt

Ich bin schon öfters in diesem Hotel gewesen und so langsam benötigt das Haus ein bisschen Aufmerksamkeit. Am Waschtisch war ein Wasserhahn montiert, der so klein war, das grade eben Wasser in das Becken läuft aber man seine Hände praktisch nicht waschen kann. Das Problem scheint bekannt zu sein, da sich schon mehrere Gäste beschwert hatten. Die Klimaanlage macht Krach, kühlt aber nicht. Auch das war bekannt. Ich verstehe nicht, warum dieses Zimmer dann vermietet wurde.

De bedden en douche waren prima

Er was maar 1 lift, en deze had veel kuren. De andere lift was stuk en werd niet gerepareerd.

Zentrale Lage am Bahnhof, dank Schalkschutzfenstern nachts trotzdem ruhig. Ein großes Plus ist der (wenn auch nicht sehr ansprechende) kostenlose Parkplatz. Zimmer ist klassisch eingerichtet sehr gute Matratzen. Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffee im Zimmer vorhanden. Gutes Frühstück.
