Morgenmaden var fin og lokationen var perfekt i centrum.

Vores værelse var ikke med udsigt selv om vi havde bestilt udsigt. Der var ikke flere ledige med udsigt men vi blev dog opgraderet til en suite med udsigt.

Fantastisk beliggenhed, tæt ved banegården og centralt i gågaden og i nærheden af seværdigheder som Domkirken og Salling Roff Morgenmaden var fantastisk..

"Oplevelsen ved ankomsten ødelægger oplevelsen af et i øvrigt godt hotel."

Hotellet levede sådan set op til jeres almindelige standard hvilket som regel er ok!

Ved ankomst til hotellet kl. 14.00 var der kø til indskrivning, hvilket vi kunne se galt det meste af eftermiddagen. Hvilket betød, at materiale vi afleverede til kopiering til brug som en del af en fødselsdagsgave, som vi ville afhente kl. 17.00 ikke var færdig. Det hjælper lidt med et fint hotel, hvis alle skal stå i kø for indskrivningen. Dels alt anden aktivitet står stille - Indskrivningen må kunne gøres bedre dels mere automatik og det kan jo ikke komme bag på ledelsen hvor mange der kommer for de fleste har jo nok booket i forvejen:(
