"温泉が気持ち良かった。"

温泉が良かった、ウォターサーバーが廊下にあり美味しいお水が飲み放題で、温泉水も飲めた。

Ansprechendes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Kostenloser Flughafen-Shuttle, ca. 20 Minuten .Haben im Restaurant sehr gut gegessen.

"Great little authentic place"

The onsen, the food especially breakfast, it’s got a good vibe, feels like a family run hotel, room was small but adequate. About a 15 minute walk from the train station but they do have a shuttle.

"Ich eürde es nicht nochmal buchen."

Die Lage haben wir aufgrund unseres frühen Fluges extra gebucht (ca. 15 Minuten zum Flughafen). Es wird auch ein kostenfreier Shuttleservice vom Hotel angeboten. Das Personal war freundlich. Der private spa Bereich war schön.

Leider war es nicht sauber und das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das Badezimmer war all sehr klein und aus einem Guss, ähnlich wie in älteren Wohnmobilen. Leider hat das Zimmer auch stark nach Essen gerochen und man konnte die Fenster nicht vernünftig abdunkeln. Obwohl wir zweimal erklärt haben, dass wir Vegetarier sind, hat es nicht funktioniert und wir haben, an beiden Tagen zum Frühstück Fleisch und Fisch bekommen. Dies liegt wohl a den schlechten bzw. nicht vorhandenen Englisch Kenntnisse des Personals.
