You can not drop your bags on to storage before check in reception is only opened from 4pm to 12am. Upon arrival me and my friend sat in a small room they called “reception” the man working there was not approachable made us feel so unwelcome from the moment we came in and gave off the impression he was drunk. When we told him we wanted to check in he told us to take a seat, we sat there for 20 minutes before he asked for my passport to check us in. Then another 20 minutes had past and another guest came in which he helped and “forgot” about us. He then asked us why where we’re still sitting there, even though he had not gave us keys to a room or my passport back. Once we received keys and my passport he directed us to our room. The building had no elevators so we carried our 23kg suitcase up and down 5 flights of stairs due to him directing us to the wrong room. When we eventually got to the correct room we opened the door and found 3 other people who were staying in which was meant to be our apartment. These lovely people had informed us that they had only been there 2 days and had other guest walk into their room on now 2 separate occasion due to following a member of staffs directions and that they were now looking for different accommodation . The receptionist also told us that because we had to leave early due to an early morning flight that we would have to check out the day before as the opening hours did not accommodate, even though we where paying for the 2 nights. Within an hour of being at this accommodation we left due to feeling it was unsafe and the staff were horrible.

Os colchões são péssimos e dizia que tinha piscina e não não tem.

Foi uma escolha de última hora e nem reparámos bem na pontuação e comentários anteriores, mas são todos corretos. Para o preço, o apartamento é antigo, estava mal limpo, ainda cheio de areia em vários sítios. Não aconselhamos a famílias, são muitos jovens completamente embriagados e barulhentos no mesmo edifício. Foi impossível ter uma noite tranquila, com tanto barulho, música alta, gritos e bater de portas.
