Lokalita a časť personálu. Žiaľ nepamätám meno, ale takúto pracovníčku na recepciu by chcel každý hoteliér.

"Ki lehetett bírni az ottlétet, de ennyi pénzt biztosan nem ér."

Jó környéken helyezkedik el a szálloda, közel a termálfürdőhöz. A személyzet kedves volt és segítőkész. Tágas szobát kaptunk, nagy fürdőkáddal.

A szoba állapota nem volt teljesen tiszta, a bútorok néhol foltosak voltak, a fürdőkád tisztasága is kifogásolható volt. A reggeli és vacsora elfogadható volt, de jobbra számítottunk, főleg, hogy a reggelinél a saját farmjukról érkeztek a felvágottak és sajtok. A wellness részleg lehangoló, kicsi, nem elég rendezett, ezért csak egyszer vettük igénybe. Az egyik fürdőköpeny amit kaptunk, barna foltos volt, a csapvíz pedig nagyon vasas, fogmosásnál is kellemetlen volt. A TV-hez sok csatorna van, viszont 5 percenként lefagy, vagy újraindul, tehát szinte nézhetetlen. Parkolási díjat kellett fizetnünk, pedig nincsen autónk. Úgy gondolom, biztosan nem érdemli meg a négy csillagot ez a szálloda, többet nem jönnénk vissza.

An der Rezeption sehr freundliche Personal. Aniko erfüllt jeder Wunsch. Danke

Essen war gut, leider nur lauwarm, das nachfühlen hat nicht wirklich funktioniert. Service Personal unafmerksam.
