Buena localización

El acceso al hotel estaba bloqueado por obras públicas. El personal del hotel actuó como si el problema fuera de los clientes. No había ayuda para ingresar o sacar el equipaje, ni alternativas para parquear el coche. No habia plan B. Inexistente el gerente, inútil todo su equipo. Total falta de interés en el bienestar de los clientes.

Localização e condições do hotel, spa e pequeno almoço. De uma forma geral gostamos de tudo, e já não é a primeira vez que escolhemos este hotel. Estamos a pensar voltar em agosto
