"Will NEVER stay here again."

Nothing

The bed was damn and smelled like urine. Just disgusting. Either they didnt change the bedding or they put new sheets on while it was wet and tried to cover it up hoping no one would notice. Not good water pressure in shower, facets are broken and protruding from the wall. Not to mention we were originally given a room that either wasnt cleaned or someone was still in the room.

"Slow motion staff"

Rooms need cleaning daily and needs more staff at front desk and in cleaning rooms. Everyone works slow motion at this location.

"Staff was pleasant but the cleaning and landscaping maintenance needs much improvement."

Was able to check in a few minutes early. Property was quiet, breakfast was kept stocked and ready.

Dead bird on property by pool parking lot. Trees need to be cut and off the windows. The branches were scratching the window the entire night keeping us awake all night long. Cleaning on couch and sofa is needed, there was trash and crumbs. Bedding smelled used and not washed.

Spacious room with a desk for business travelers, always a plus!

There were a couple of stains on the carpet that looked like they'd be easy to clean. The housekeepers probably don't clean carpets but need to let staff know so they can get it cleaned. Great spacious room otherwise!
