The DoubleTree by Hilton truly feels like my second home, and Mrs. Piya Sethi plays a huge part in making it so special. Her warmth, generosity, and genuine attentiveness make every guest feel like family—like being welcomed by a caring sister at a homecoming. She goes above and beyond to ensure all our needs are met, and her soft-spoken, kind nature stands out. The rest of the staff are equally respectful and professional, creating an inclusive and comfortable environment where everyone feels valued. I have stayed here on three different occasions, and I have never once felt judged based on my skin colour as a North Eastern Indian. This has been especially meaningful to me, given that I’ve had less positive experiences elsewhere,specially Crown Plaza in Gurgaon. Here, hospitality feels sincere, respectful, and truly heartfelt.
