My stay was delightful. The breakfast was exceptionally well-prepared and delicious. Chef Jigyasa personally attended to each guest, soliciting feedback during breakfast. The "Tea on Wheel" concept was truly innovative and thoroughly enjoyed. We commend your continued excellent work.

The service and food was just amazing. The Chef Toya and Chef Amit have done a great job. My birthday was made special with a cake. I would Recommend it 100 percent.

My husband and i stayed for 01 night on the 22nd-23rd of May in #813. We checked in late at night around 10 PM, Good parts of the stay -: - Garvit (Front office) ensured a very smooth check-in, he was very courteous, offered us warm welcome cookies and made sure we felt at home right away. - Rishabh (In Room Dining) was very nice to talk to, followed all order taking protocols and very sweet as well! - Our in-room-dining food was AWESOME! Kudos to the asian chefs. Mouth watering food - Chef Toya at breakfast was very sweet, he made sure to check in on me multiple times, and made a genuine effort for our breakfast to go well - Abhimanyu (HR Manager/MOD) at breakfast was also very courteous, nice to talk to Points of concern -: - the carpet in our room massively triggered mine and my husband’s dust allergies, probably needs some form of deep cleaning/shampooing etc. we were sneezing as soon as we entered till the time we checked out the next day. - maintenance/upkeep of the room needs to be looked at. The 02 bedside focus lights were not working, the technician who had come to check the same, while sweet in demeanour but seemed clueless as to what to do - we have visited this property before to use the bar/restaurant as well, all 03 times that we have been here we have noticed a gentleman part of the reception team - Harsh is what I could make out from his name badge - every time we see him he is unprofessionally chewing gum (literally every time we have seen him), and wearing a silver stud in his ear - both of which in my humble opinion are major NO-NOs when it comes to hospitality grooming and demeanour. Infact he was present at our check in for a few minutes and did not even bother to acknowledge us or greet us at all despite the reception being basically empty. Once again, special mention to the FOOD - it is 10/10 vis a vis the charges of the same. Looking forward to be back soon!

Poor maintenance - locker had issues, iron box did not work, had to be replaced. No hangers in wardrobe. Outdated equipments in gym. Below average rooms.
