If you do not want to come across employees like Manish Thakur who are argumentative, uncooperative & non-hospitable and downright rude, please do NOT stay at this hotel. Manish Thakur will freak you out and force you to search a competitor. Totally avoidable person and a disgrace to the Hilton brand.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Specially Shivani and Ashok ver kind and supportive.

Location is perfect, with easy cab access to all of city. Room ambience might be improved slightly to enhance the experience. Sin (Guest relations) was very friendly and helpful in navigating through the hotel.

Great ambience , everything are equally impressive. The staff consistently went above and beyond to provide excellent service . And Miss Lusinliu was highly professional, attentive.She greeted with warm smile and a welcoming attitude.

The service at this hotel was truly outstanding and made my stay even more enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm , welcoming and highly professional especially Lusinliu she was a very helpful figure and grateful for her exceptional service .
