Spark by Hilton Missouri City

First time issue with the TV. Reported the issue to the staff but was an inconvenience throughout my stay. On the positive side,the room was very clean and that was appreciated.

Very nice and affordable.

The property was well maintained and very welcoming. It was in a good location for dinning out too!

Breakfast was a nice complimentary gesture, the facility was nicely decorated and very clean. Staff were friendly.

I was nice and quite all you need to be at peace

I am 68 years old, & this is the first time I have ever stayed at a hotel without a coffee pot or microwave in my room. I did not like having to get dressed & go down- stairs to get my morning coffee. I did not like having to go back downstairs for a second cup of coffee because I had no microwave in which to heat up the second cup of coffee, I had to get with the first cup which was now cold. We arrived late but called to inform the front desk that we were going to be late. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk & we had to wait for 15 min. before someone arrived. I appreciate your policy about "Hilton being a non-smoking facility" but what about a non-weed smoking facility. For four nights, the elevator a & 3rd floor reeked of pot. I am from a state where pot is legal, but I didn't expect to have to explain the whole pot thing to my autistic son on my first night of vacation. There was no protein on you breakfast buffet. No eggs of any kind. Not a great way to start your day for most people. The cost for food at your little convenience store in the lobby was extremely expensive. Overall, I was very disappointed. This was my first time home in 9 years, & your hotel was convenient to the location of our family reunion. However, this was not the quality of the Hilton that I use to know. I was sorry that you sacrificed your reputation for an extra buck. The facility was beautiful, but your amenities left a lot to be desired. To bad, so sad.

it would have been better if Youtube TVis available for guests. So far it requires you to sign in which is a hassle if you don't have an account

Had a long flight… get to the hotel to check in around 11pm to be told they gave my room to someone else:/ mind you I booked and already PAID in full for the room.

The room was very clean, the staff was amazing and the coffee was wonderful. Definitely coming back when visiting!!!

Clean and customer service perfect! Micheal was a great help!
